Although it was a cold, foggy day, I was inspired to snap this photo that won 3rd place in a Washington state photo contest. Very pleased with the way it came out.

I was reared in a small town in Indiana, where I developed a love of nature and photography. My main focus has been on macro photography. I love using my photography skills to preserve the beauty around us. The Northwest has brought many added opportunities. My photo of “Cape Flattery Noble” recently won 3rd place in the state wide art show held at Collective Visions Gallery in Bremerton, WA. My husband, LeRoy (artist on FAA also) & I, have enjoyed combined efforts in photography & art since our marriage about 17 years ago. He paints from many of the photos we have taken together.
